Staff Writer
You will write articles for the newsletter, including event coverage, personality interviews and feature stories. You will also take photos to accompany the article; for example, photos of the interviewee in the case of personality interviews.

All staff writers are expected to attend the editorial meeting, held two to three months before the publication date, where they will be assigned articles and briefed on the topic, angle, article length, deadline etc. Depending on the assignment, staff writers may have to attend events, conduct interviewees, and conduct their own research.
 

The ideal candidate would have experience writing for a publication of some sort, in school or otherwise. He or she would have experience in portraiture and event photography.

Graphic Artist
You will produce, according to brief, graphics and illustrations to accompany the articles.

The ideal candidate would have graphic design experience.

Layout artist (web)
You will lay out the articles on the website and create the email version of newsletter.

The ideal candidate would have experience in website and EDM design and optimisation.

Layout artist (print)
You will lay out the articles for print in 4 or 8 A4 pages.

The ideal candidate would have experience in print design and preparing final artwork (FA).
